More about Mirabella Portland!
At Mirabella Portland, you’ll find a higher degree of retirement living. Your new major is called: having the time of your life.
It’s considered bad manners to ask what someone paid for their house, but we don’t think it’s rude at all. We believe in being as transparent as possible about cost. In order to make a smart decision about your future, you should know the price of every floor plan that interests you. You should also know exactly what fees you’ll pay and why you pay them.
Good things come to those who wait—and by good, we mean amazing, exciting, and most certainly worth it. It’s kind of like a gumball machine for adults—you put in a $1,000 fully-refundable deposit and, in turn, receive priority access to apartments as soon as they’re available, as well as an in-depth understanding of life at Mirabella, access to exclusive events, and community perks.
Whew! The hardest part is over: you’ve selected a residence, so now you’ll be asked to make a $10,000 deposit toward your Entrance Fee. The remaining Entrance Fee balance is due at the time of move-in.
If the idea of another fee made your heart start pounding, rest assured that most of our Entrance Fees are 80% refundable. This is a one-time payment when you become a resident at Mirabella Portland; the amount depends on the residence and any special features, such as larger square footage, corner orientation, building location, views, or inclusion of a den.
This is the only recurring fee you’ll have—it provides access to all the awesome perks and great features Mirabella has to offer and guarantees you the peace of mind that comes from access to specialized care that’s available whenever you need it. This amount depends on the size and style of your residence and whether you live there alone. As you move through the Continuum of Care, your Monthly Fee will be adjusted accordingly.
